Do you ship to my country?
Most likely, yes! Siva Acitve ships to almost EVERYWHERE in the world. To figure out whether we ship to your country by just adding the items in to your cart and proceed the payment by clicking " Checkout." In the "Country/Region" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list then it means we ship to your address.
How do you charge for the shipping?
We offer FREE worldwide standard shipping on orders over US$180,
and FREE shipping on all HK orders.

When will my order be dispatched?
Delivery within 2-7 days of order processing.
Orders placed past 6PM EST or during weekends will be processed next business day. All orders ship from our office in Hong Kong. (Please note that during sale periods, dispatch times can vary as we are extra busy packing your orders!)
How does the domestic (HK) shipping work?
We offer free shipping on all Hong Kong orders. Orders will be dispatched via SF Express, tracing number will be provided in the confirmation email.
How does the international shipping work?
We use SF Express/DHL Express for international shipments. Average total transit time is 1-7 business days. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered. Siva Active is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond our control.
If your package is being held by local customs authorities, it is your responsibility to contact the local customs office to arrange the clearance of your package. If you failed to arrange customs clearance, the package will be shipped back to us and we will deduct the shipping expenses incurred to return the package and refund the remaining credit to the original credit card that was used for the purchase.
Will I be charged duties?
Packages may be subject to additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various countries outside of Hong Kong.
We do our very best to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in other countries. Customs policies vary from country to country and we suggest you to check with your local customs office for further information.
How do I track my order?
Tracking Number provided via email once package is dispatched.
Please ensure to provide a shipping address that SF Express/ DHL Express is able to of delivering to. We will not be responsible if SF Express/DHL Express is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided. Please contact us via email@example.com if you have not received your package within 20 days after placing your order and we will help you to locate your package.
